Deadpool&WolverineBoxOfficeCollection: Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer Shawn Levy’s Hollywood film, “Deadpool & Wolverine” is smashing box office records worldwide. According to Sacnilk, it has surpassed ₹60 crore in domestic earnings over its opening weekend.
Deadpool & Wolverine Box Office Collection Day 3
The film saw a minor decrease in earnings at the Indian box office on Sunday, with a collection of ₹22.50 crore compared to ₹22.65 crore on Saturday. It debuted with ₹21 crore on Friday, bringing its total domestic opening weekend earnings to ₹66.15 crore.
Meanwhile, Deadpool & Wolverine has raked in $205 million in ticket sales across the US and Canada this weekend, marking the biggest domestic debut of the year. Reportedly the film’s global box office collection stands at Rs 3650Cr.
The film also set a record for the highest-ever opening for an R-rated movie, more than doubling the first-weekend sales of Warner Bros’s Joker. Released in 2019, Joker went on to become the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time, surpassing $1 billion at the box office.
The film has outperformed Godzilla x Kong to become the biggest Hollywood debut of 2024 in India. Among Bollywood releases this year, Deadpool & Wolverine ranks second in opening weekend collections, following Fighter.
