BTS’s beloved member Jin, also known as Kim Seok-jin, is making an exciting comeback! After completing his mandatory military service, BTS Jin is gearing up for his long-awaited return with not just a single but an entire solo album. Fans have been eagerly waiting and now it’s confirmed—he will be releasing his new album soon. Social media is already buzzing with excitement as fans express their joy over the news.
Initially, rumours started circulating that Jin would release his solo album in November. These speculations have now been confirmed by the leading K-pop platform, Soompi. According to BIGHIT MUSIC, “Jin is currently preparing for a new album with the goal of releasing it in November. The detailed information will be disclosed once it is confirmed.” This official statement has left fans thrilled as they await his next musical chapter.
The anticipation began to rise when Jin commented on fellow BTS member Jimin’s solo album post on social media, teasing fans with the words, “Jimin, it’s me next. I’ll sing too”. He has already spoken about his album during a Weverse live session last month, sharing that the songs were ready but fans would need to wait just a bit longer. He playfully teased, “I could play it now, but the company might get upset. The songs are great, so I listen to them often.”
Jin’s previous solo singles, including The Astronaut, Moon and Awake have all been well-received, and his upcoming album promises to show a fresh side of his artistry.
Since completing his military service, Jin has been keeping busy. He finished filming for the Netflix variety show Kian’s Bizarre B&B, set to release next year. Additionally, his recent single Super Tuna hit No. 1 on Japan’s Oricon daily digital singles chart, further fueling excitement for his return.
