Chris Hemsworth has recently paid a sweet tribute to his wife, Elsa Pataky, on her 46th birthday. The actor shared a lovely photo of the couple, which showed a very buff Chris sitting on her lap while sharing a laugh on the set of his movie Thor: Love and Thunder. The Thor star thanked Elsa for ‘always being my rock to sit on but way comfier.’
He added the message ‘happy birthday to this gorgeous lady’ in the caption. The couple were first met in early 2010, and they publicly announced their romance later that year. Chris even filmed a cameo in Elsa’s 2022 Netflix action movie Interceptor after giving her a small role in Thor: Ragnarok. The loved-up couple share three children together, daughter India, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan.
Two of his children make cameos in the latest film, joining costars Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, and director Taika Waititi. Chris’s daughter ‘plays the character of Love’ while one of his sons portrays a young Thor. Last month, Hemsworth shared, “It’s really cool. They really wanted to be in it.” The actor shared last month that he wanted to spend more time filming in his home country.
The actor made his latest film, the Netflix sci-fi drama Spiderhead, in Queensland. In a previous interview, the actor shared, “Life is sweet. It is great and I couldn’t be happier. If you had said or asked me 10 years ago where I would like to be, this is it.'” Just a few days back, Chris Hemsworth shared an adorable set of pictures on Instagram lovingly referring to his eldest child, daughter India Rose, as his ‘favourite superhero.’
Thor actor took to his Instagram and posted two photos, the first one in the slide is a throwback picture of India visiting him on the set of his Marvel film as a baby while he’s in full costume, including his character’s hammer, which is almost as big as India at the time. The second photo shows a more recent snap of the father-daughter duo on the set of Thor: Love and Thunder, the latest instalment of the Thor franchise.
