Timeline Of The Kim Kardashian- Kanye West Drama So Far! Here’s What You Missed

If the ongoing feud between soon-to-be ex-wife Kimberly and rapper Kanye has also got you scratching your head, this article is for you! Read on.

Of all her relationships, Kim Kardashian undoubtedly shared the most share of her love life with Kanye West; the father of her four kids. When a heartbroken Kim after her second divorce with Kris Humphries was left confused, Kanye came to the rescue, the mother of four had also revealed previously how the divorce actually helped her discover the feelings that she had for Kanye. While Kanye and Kim were no strangers, the two had in fact met way before Kim’s second marriage, which dates back to almost 2003. But the fashion mogul confessed how the two actually felt ‘connected’ when they met at the making of the show ‘Alligator Boots’ in 2008.

It was in 2012 that Kim was expecting her first child with Kanye, the rapper took to his Atlantic City concert to break the news to his fans, referring to Kim as his ‘Baby Mama’.

And in June 2013, Kanye and Kim welcomed their first daughter named North. And only when baby North was just 3 months old, the Grammy-winning rapper popped the question finally to the love of his life, at the Sans Francisco Giants Baseball stadium as the screen read, ‘PLEASE MARRY ME’ which was followed by their 2014 wedding in Italy. Fast Forward to 2015 when the couple welcomed their second child, Saint. It was also the same year that the couple was reported to be facing marital issues. Nevertheless, the couple continued with their relationship as they expanded their family, and welcomed two more children, daughter Chicago and a son Psalm through surrogacy.

Despite having some hiccups, their relationship was going strong up until the pandemic, a close source revealed how the whole quarantine time didn’t go well with the couple. As Kanye confirmed his 2020 presidential campaign, he had shared how he had almost tried to kill their firstborn North via an ‘abortion’. Kim was indeed disappointed and had expressed how Kanye had crossed the line, sharing private matters publicly, thereby condemning his erratic behavior at the political event.

Their marriage finally came to a standstill in 2021, when Kim finally announced she’s ‘DONE’ with their 6-year marriage, as many sources confirmed how the couple wasn’t on the same page for a while. After a ‘massive’ fight that took place in December 2020, the KKW beauty founder filed for divorce in Feb 2021. Months later, West responded to the divorce as both requested joint legal and physical custody of their four kids post-separation. Although multiple reports suggested how Kanye wanted to work things and sustain their marriage, it was also around the same time that Kanye dated Irina Shayk, ultimately calling their short-lived relationship ‘quits’ within 2 months of dating.

This is when Pete Davidson comes into the picture, when the two were spotted at multiple places, hinting at every one of their possible relationships. Their slow-paced relationship escalated in no time, from the two meetings with each others’ families to getting vaccinated together. From kissing in SNL, to Kanye dissing Pete and wanting to ‘patch up’ with Kim and the kids again, the drama continued. While Kim seemed pretty serious about her relationship with Pete, she shared how she was done doing what pleases others and finally chooses to do what makes her happy. The same day, Kanye had posted throwback family pictures, and captioned, ‘GOD, PLEASE BRING OUR FAMILY BACK TOGETHER’. Recently the rapper deleted all old posts from his Instagram handle, sharing how he’s still learning how to effectively ‘communicate’.
