Carrie Underwood, 37, has plenty at home on her plate with two babies — but the busy mom always hits her fitness goals! On Saturday, April 11, she posted a stunning outdoor selfie to her Instagram story announcing she’d been working out. “@fit52 was tough this AM, but I made it with the help of the pause button!!!” She wrote in caption on the adorable photo, referring to her app of fitness. The blonde added a smiling emoji and branded Carrie’s fashionable Calia fitness clothing collection.
Carrie looked so stunning as she showed off her perfect skin and hair in the makeup-free selfie! She stuck her tongue hilariously — maybe at the tough workout in the mornings as she kept her blonde hair in two low ponytails. Apparently, the photo was taken near her Nashville, Tennessee where temperatures are sunny and ideal for a little morning workout routine in the 60s.
She chose a black scoop-necked t-shirt and the Women’s Energize Leggings from her Calia by Carrie collection, which she originally launched in 2015, in the turquoise “G2 Blue.”
The native of Oklahoma has long been a fitness advocate who also inspired her to launch a month ago the Fit52 app alongside her book Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life.
Carrie has been regularly blogging about her workout since going into quarantine which she frequently does with her hockey player husband Mike Fisher, 39. In a video posted on Mar. 31, the pair could be seen working up a sweat to some Motley Crue as they pushed ups and lifted weights. “Doing the @fit52 workout with the hubs this morning…in hyper speed!!! Had to set it to one of my most favorite hype songs ever!” The video was captioned by the former American Idol star.
