It seems that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cardi B made a house call for a beauty treatment in the midst of salon closures. The “Press” rapper posted on her Instagram Stories a video that appeared on April 26 to demonstrate the painful process of getting a bikini wax. The video showed Cardi wearing a protective mask as she was lying on a bed, surrounded by a team of presumed beauty estheticians.
“No, no, no,” Cardi shouting in the clip could be heard. The guy behind the camera tried to comfort the rapper and said, “I got you.” That’s when Cardi stared up at the camera on her head with her black hood on. Cardi had implied earlier that day that she was up to something when she wrote, “Today is pain day!” On her Instagram Stories on top of a black screen.
Cardi is quarantining at home with husband Offset and their 1-year-old daughter Kulture in Los Angeles, CA, the place currently stays at home order until May 15. Just important businesses are available, such as grocery stores and pharmacies, which explains the beauty treatments used by the rapper at home.
The ‘ Hustlers’ star also posted photos of her new long, pink nails. Her manicure is now matching her new wig which she debuted on Sunday night in a post on Instagram. With a big bow on top and a poker-straight front bangs, Cardi donned a powder pink wig.
