Camila Cabello Sparks Dating Rumours With Lox Club Founder Austin Kevitch

Camila Cabello and Austin Kevitch were recently spotted enjoying an evening stroll in Los Angeles.

Camilla Cabello and Shawn Mendes parted ways in November 2021 after dating for two years. However, the singer appears to have a new love interest. Cabello is rumoured to be dating Austin Kevitch, the founder of Lox Club, a ‘private dating app for Jews (and non-Jews) with ridiculously high standards.’

Camila Cabello and Austin Kevitch were recently spotted enjoying an evening stroll in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. In the photos obtained by Page Six, Camila was seen beaming with joy. The two even follow each other on Instagram. Austin initially set up Lox Club as a joke several years ago before the demand prompted him to officially launch it in the fall of 2020. “I wake up and over 1,000 people had applied on this website for an app that didn’t even exist,” he told E! News in an October 2021 profile of him.

The alleged new romance comes less than a year after Camila ended her relationship with Shawn Mendes. The couple announced their break-up in November 2021 in a joint statement on Instagram. “Hey guys, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever. We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward,” the message read.

Camila and Shawn were friends for five years before taking their relationship to a romantic level in 2019. The hitmakers first met in 2014 while serving as supporting acts for Austin Mahone’s Live On Tour’ concerts. Camila was at the time still a member of the X-Factor-derived girl group Fifth Harmony. Instantly connecting, Camila and Shawn decided to collaborate on a song, titled I Know What You Did Last Summer, which was released in November 2015.

The rumours went into overdrive when the pair dropped the steamy music video for their second collaborative single Senorita in June of 2019. Though the pair would officially confirm their romance in August, Camila and Shawn were photographed kissing on a number of occasions in the weeks leading up to the confirmation. The exes have since released music which appears to address their split, Camila with Bam Bam and Shawn with When You’re Gone.
