With Rm, Jin, and Tae-Tae contracting Covid 19 to Jimin recovering from the appendicitis surgery, it sure was tough for the Bangtan Boys and even tougher for their fans ARMYs! For the unversed, the band is currently said to be working on their comeback, opening the door to a new chapter within 2022. As if this news wasn’t enough to thrill fans, the Bangtan Boys are making headlines recently as several reports have confirmed that a world tour is what comes next after their comeback.
Given the current pandemic situation, the covid 19 cases have significantly reduced, resulting in loosening of the restrictions and travel bans not just in India, but also around the globe. While this is the first time since their debut that the Korean band has gone this long without performing, fans were desperate to witness a concert, more so Indian ARMYs also known as Desimys, who haven’t had a “BTS” concert ever in their home country. Fans’ manifestation finally comes true now as many insiders, who are known to be working with the band closely, have spilled major tea about the band’s upcoming world tour.
If we were to trust them enough, the group is set to perform at 8 venues in Europe, 10 venues in Asia, 11 venues in the US, 3 venues in Canada, 2 in Latin America, and finally, Oceania, meaning Australia. The news of this power-packed world tour has already left all ARMYS beyond excited, but here’s something for the Desimys out there. The same reports suggest how India is a possible destination of the world tour and that out of the 10 Asian venues, India is also said to be shortlisted by the label.
Since the news broke out, ecstatic fans have been trying to find out exactly where the band would perform in India. Insiders have revealed that the Hybe labels have actually shortlisted Ahmedabad city of Gujrat as their Indian venue, but more confirmation on this part is expected to be released soon, so watch out for this space to get updated. India has definitely been on the cards for a long time as a possible destination of their massive world tour for such a long time. Needless to say, Indian ARMYS have poured in all their love and support to the band unconditionally over the past several years, in fact, the band had also assured their Indian fans of their concert in India sometime in the future.
