BTS RM Picks His Favourite ‘FRIENDS’ Character; Says “I’m More Of A Chandler”

The K-Pop sensation never failed to confess their love for the famous American sitcom ‘FRIENDS’, more so, the leader of the group, Kim Namjoon, who has time and was about to express his love for the show.

If you’re an ARMY, you surely would remember the carpool episode of BTS with James Corden, the boys had a blast shooting for that karaoke episode of the show. It was the same show where RM, not for the first time though, had shared his love for the popular sitcom “Friends” and had even shared how the show had helped him learn English effortlessly. RM had mentioned his mother, who had got him the CDs of the popular sitcom, and the leader had confessed to watching all the seasons, perhaps even more than once.

With Namjoon expressing his love for the show at multiple events, the 27-year-old recently for another time confirmed at the Grammys that it was indeed the show that helped him enhance his English speaking skills. The host of the musical night, Noah Trevor had the same question for him, and the leader indeed confirmed that it was true. As the show began, host Noah walked toward BTS, to interact with them. Firstly he asked the boys how they felt about being nominated and how they felt attending the biggest musical night. Everyone knows that apart from being the exceptional leader that he is, Namjoon is also a spokesperson of the band for all their western interviews. Right from taking on the lead while answering diplomatic questions to translating the interviewer’s questions to the boys, he definitely set the bar high for other leaders of the group. Being asked on the same, Noah asked if he actually learned English watching the sitcom, to which RM instantaneously replied, “Yes FRIENDS are my English Parents”. He further revealed his favorite character from the show saying, “ I’m more like Chandler. When I see him, I feel so sad. haha…I love him, I love him”. This cute interaction of the boy band with the host surely left everyone in splits.

Meanwhile, the boys are all set to hold their ‘Four day- Permission to dance concert’ in Las Vegas on the 8th, 9th,15th, and 16th of April in the Allegiant stadium.
