International superstars and Korean boy band BTS latest English single Dynamite continues making waves with 12.6 million streams on Spotify since last month.

Also, now that their journey of continuous growth in music got featured on the world’s most global audio streaming outlet Spotify, There’s no looking back for BTS as it is globally dominating by ruling the hearts and the music charts worldwide.

For celebrating this historical milestone and achievement, recently Spotify interviewed the global superstars ”BTS”, in the latest episode of their ”For The Record Podcast Series, BTS: The Band, The Brand, and the Army”.

The popular Korean Pop boy band joined Spotify to discuss and tell the importance of what Dynamite means to them in these uncertain and unprecedented times of the ongoing global pandemic and also gave Spotify an exclusive Behind The Scenes insight and sneak peek into their creative process behind the making of Dynamite.

They also shared their appreciation and love for the army and spoke at length about how they would like to be remembered by the future generations that would come after them.

Lastly, because there’s no BTS without their hugely dedicated fan base around the world who call themselves ARMY, Spotify also talked to the superfans across the globe from Taiwan to the UK which also included Gracie Brennan who is responsible for the ARMY anthems who spoke at length about the wide-spread global impact of BTS around the world and the family they made within their fandom.

Telling them more about the success of Dynamite within the episode Suga said, ”I think it appeals to and it’s easy to listen to and it’s easy to enjoy for anybody, anyone of any generation, anyone. And especially with the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to write a song that has bright, uplifting lyrics.”

BTS Leader RM (Rap Monster) delving more into the insight of their music-making process told, ”It’s very, various, sometimes we start with melodies. Sometimes we start with some just a word or a theme. But basically, when there’s an album, there’s some kind of like a theme or a keyword that comes, that goes through the whole album. And if we succeed to, like, make a decision for the keyword, then everybody gathers and we guess the tracks and melodies and lyrics or whatever. So it’s like making a puzzle when we try to make an album”.

On the same lines, BTS J Hope continued and said, ”The music-making process is difficult, they sort of think of it as in birthing pains. So it takes a lot of focus and a lot of attention, a lot of time because they put in so much; when we have a good result and when we see the result, we feel really proud and we get a real sense of accomplishment”.

Lastly, BTS V explaining to them about the best part of their job says, ”I think the best part is ”ARMY”. They’re the reason we perform. And it’s their energy and their support that allows us to keep going. So they, our ARMY, our fans, are really the best part of this job.”
