Britney Spears recently gushed about HBO series Euphoria, which she compared to ‘meditation’ and said made ‘all my anxiety go away.’ The pop star showered praise on the raunchy teen drama series, whose characters tussle with issues like drug addiction and abusive relationships. She posted an Instagram video of a scene from the season one finale where Rue played by Zendaya fantasizes about killing the violent and sociopathic Nate played by Jacob Elordi.

Rue stands in front of Nate, who is tied to a chair and on fire, and repeatedly shoots him as he howls with agony. Alongside the video, Britney penned, “For MENTAL AWARENESS WEEK a little while ago I watched this insane amazing show @euphoria… Good God it’s too good !!!!” The Toxic singer continues, “I’m a little behind anyways!!!! Watching this and being entertained by these crazy plots I suddenly felt all my anxiety go away… the show was like meditation!!!! It put a HUGE grin on my face…”

Moreover, she advised fans that ‘if you want to be zen… there’s sound therapy… stillness… yoga… monk retreats.” She continues in the caption, “but last but definitely not least, train your thoughts to think things that make you SMILE … YES you know THOSE !!!!
