Britney Spears Gets Candid About The Freedom She Got After The End Of 13 Year Conservatorship

Britney Spears reveals she enjoys Madonna's music and had her first glass of red wine last weekend.

It’s been more than two months since Britney Spears got freedom after a 13-year long conservatorship. And recently, the musical artist took to Instagram to open up about new freedoms she has since the conservatorship her father Jamie Spears formerly headed was ended.

The …Baby One More Time singer opened up about how she enjoys Madonna’s music after a clip Tuesday in which she danced to the song Nobody’s Perfect. “It’s like I’m not trying as much like I’m INDULGING, well that’s exactly what her music does to me!!!” wrote Spears, who posted an image of flowers to accompany the post. spears continued, “I mean I had my first glass of red wine last weekend!!! I’ve waited 13 years that’s long enough!!!”

The Grammy-winner added in the caption, “In a world where we all have the right to speak, drive, buy alcohol, party, have cash. I apologize for INDULGING in front of the masses and dancing a touch slower!!! I mean what was I thinking?? Nobody’s perfect!!!” The Oops!… I Did It Again vocalist added that she reads ‘the comments and people are absolutely hateful’ at times.

Meanwhile, in November, Spears revealed on the social media site that she had her ‘first glass of champagne’ while out to dinner with fiancé Sam Asghari, 27, to celebrate the end of the conservatorship. “I mean after 13 years. I think I’ve waited long ENOUGH!!!!” she said at the time.

The pop star on Wednesday referenced her tension with her family after she made headlines in recent days after she unfollowed her sister Jamie Lynn on the social media site. She said, “The sarcasm of me me me, my family taught me well by their actions to be selfish and love thyself play on!!!”

However, Britney Spears insider told People recently that Spears ‘is making an effort to see her kids’ Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, and that Asghari ‘is also bonding with them.’ The singer is ‘focused on staying healthy for her boys’ after she ‘spent time with’ them and her fiancé over the holidays.
