Brad Pitt Advised Jennifer Aniston To Say Yes For Friends Reunion

Aniston is rumored to have taken advice from Pitt after being hesitant to return with her co-stars' Friends

Hollywood star Brad Pitt allegedly made the much-awaited “Friends” reunion possible by convincing his former wife, and Jennifer Aniston, one of the show’s leading actresses, to say “yes.” After being unwilling to return with her Friends co-stars, Aniston is suspected to have taken advice from Pitt, says a daily.

“After reuniting with Brad on her birthday last year, she asked him for advice. He said he thought it would be a great idea to honor their success and that fans still hold the show in such high regard,” a source quoted to Closer Magazine. The source then revealed to the publication that she was told by Pitt, who once had an appearance in the popular sitcom, that this was the right time to decide.

“He told her it feels like the right time to get back together and encouraged her change of heart. He advised her to say ‘yes’ when everyone got together in October to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary,” the source stated.

A comeback was confirmed on February 21 by the stars of the series — Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry — who are expected to take home around 2 million pounds (approximately Rs 18,75,75,107.38) each for their role. They will get back to celebrate the show, which ran from September 1994 to May 2004, for an untitled, unscripted reunion episode.
