Blac Chyna Loses To The Kardashians For The Second Time In Court

Blac Chyna claimed that the judge who handled her case with the Kardashians was hostile and then she wanted to have the judge dismissed by citing bias, but the motion was dismissed by the court.

On Monday, May 9, the model’s motion to have the judge in her defamation trial against the Kardashian-Jenner family dismissed was denied by the court. Some documents that were filed on May 5, show that Chyna’s lawyers tried to claim that the judge in her trial was ‘undeniably hostile and extremely biased’ after the Kardashians won the case.

The Kardashians family decided to fight back and their attorney, filed a 20-page opposition, claiming that Chyna and her attorney “nonetheless proceeded without complaint as Judge Alarcon presided over a 10-day trial.” However, the documents dated May 5, that were obtained by Hollywood Life, show that the judge would not be disqualified because Chyna did not have any evidence to prove that the judge was biased.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, Gregory Alarcon claimed that the allegations were solely based on Chyna’s personal opinions. Alarcon stated, “Some of the allegations are made on information and belief or not fully supported by admissible evidence or amount to speculation and opinion. Because none of the grounds asserted for disqualification are, as a matter of law, legal grounds for disqualification for cause, the pleading demonstrates on its face no legal grounds for disqualification.”

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer kept on arguing that a different judge should have made the decision. She said, “An unbiased judge would have allowed another Los Angeles Superior Court judge to review Plaintiff’s Statement of Disqualification and decide for him or herself whether Judge Alarcon should have been disqualified. Instead, the biased judge ruled that he is not biased, thereby depriving Angela White of justice once again.”

And the end of her statement, Ciani hoped for Chyna to have another trial where Judge Alacorn won’t be involved. “Angela White deserved a fair trial in a court of law and she did not receive a fair trial. She remains hopeful that the Second District Court of Appeal will review the evidence and determine that Judge Alarcon must be removed from the Revenge P*rn trial and also removed from ruling on any post-judgment motions in the Defamation/Intentional Interference with Contractual Relations case,” she concluded.

The original lawsuit that was filed by Chyna, claimed that the Kardashian family had defamed Chyna and wanted to get Chyna’s show with her ex-husband, Rob Kardashian cancelled. Chyna and Rob starred in their 2016’s Rob & Chyna, before splitting that December. In her suit, Chyna alleges that the Kardashians were behind the cancellation of the show’s second season and that the Kardashian-Jenner family was responsible for derailing her reality TV show career.
