Billie Eilish made her first-ever Saturday Night Live hosting appearance a family affair by getting her parents and older brother Finneas in on the stage. However, along with her hosting duties, the 19-year-old Grammy Award-winner delivered two show-stopping performances of her latest hits Happier Than Ever and Male Fantasy.
Eilish’s mother Maggie and father Patrick proudly introduced their daughter to the Studio stage while Finneas showed his guitar skills to the event. Maggie rocked a black sweatshirt with her daughter’s face printed on the front of it with the phrase ‘Billie’s Mom’ written beneath it. For her live rendition of Happier Than Ever, Billie crooned into a portable microphone while lounging in a faux living room setting.
The singer was seated on a white leather lounger and concealed her curvy figure beneath a cozy, oversized ensemble. As the song progressed, Eilish’s retro setup was opened up for the studio audience to see. While the walls around her widened, the singer’s band including Finneas was revealed and the stage lights began to strobe.
There were also countless twinkle lights that lit up. Later she rocked out at the song’s high-energy bridge, whipping her hair around and belting into the microphone. Billie showed off her angelic falsetto while performing her second song of the night Male Fantasy. She sang on the floor beside Finneas, who strummed on an acoustic guitar.
Billie then changed out of her head-to-toe dress and, instead, threw on an oversized charcoal sweatshirt and black biker shorts. Both tracks are featured on her second studio album Happier Than Ever, which was released in July. However, the singer first served as SNL musical guest back in 2019.
