South Korean band BTS just announced their comeback album, all set to be released on the 10th of June. With the completion of their ‘Permission to dance on stage- Las Vegas concert’, the boys have now begun preparing for their new comeback. “On June 10, 2022, BTS will release a new album,” BigHit Music said in a statement. On 17th of the April, ARMYs were given a sneak peek into the band’s new album, on the official Twitter handle of the South Korean group.
The teaser showed the band’s journey so far, right from their debut in 2013, to all that the boys have achieved throughout these years, ‘WE ARE BULLETPROOF’ and ‘2022.6.10’ were highlighted at the end of the 50nsecond video. And since then, the fans of the band can’t seem to keep calm, with their excitement seeing no limits. As of now, there hasn’t been any official revelation regarding the band’s comeback, but clever fans of the group are already predicting possible theories about the new album.
1. New Genre?
fans have been predicting that the new album, named ‘We Are Bulletproof’ might include a new music genre or sound that the septuplet band hasn’t explored before. Fan predictions are based on the logic of how the boys, try something unique and explore something new in each of their comebacks. “maybe doing like a whole new album of one genre, what if they’re going full indie/house pop,,, and I know they’ve already done it with their first albums but what if they do like a full modern r&b/hip hop album” predicted a fan.
2. Subunits
Fans of BTS have been eagerly waiting for ages, literally ages, for the boy’s subunit tracks. ‘Taekook’ stans and ‘Vmin’ stans have been counting days for the release of the new album, hoping to find at least one subunit track. “And what if BTS’ new album has a TAEKOOK SUBUNIT……” exclaimed an excited fan.
3. Concept
With whatever ARMYs could sense out of the 50 seconds teaser and the name of the upcoming album, fans knew one thing for sure, that the band who is all set to enter their 9th year as a band, will make it special for their fans in the forthcoming album. It is therefore predicted that the album’s concept would be more giving, positive and something that the band will reflect back on their journey. Fans are hoping for a more soothe-full track.

BTS recently completed their 4-day mini tour concert at the ALeegiant stadium in Las Vegas. Some fans seemed disappointed with BTS not winning a grammy again, leader Namjoon comforted fans saying the band visited Vegas not for the grammy, but for them instead. “I know there’s a lot of noise out there about the Grammys, but you know, why give a s*** about it? Hating is their freedom, and they have their right to hate, but if it was me, I’d rather just talk with my friends in some cafe and then forget about it. Rather than tweeting about it or some interview. I won’t do that because I’m a grown-up. But anyway, we didn’t come to Vegas for the Grammys, we came to Vegas for the ARMY” he said.
