While Angelina Jolie is an actress, film maker, and humanitarian who has been a receiver of the most coveted and important Academy awards and the winner of golden globe awards three times. They are in a state of excitement and hysteria after knowing that the stalwart and iconic actors are being paired together for the first time ever in a film as ex-lovers which will be a music drama saga that is loosely inspired and based on a novel by author Lisa Genova which is titled “Still Alice”.

This official film adaptation of the novel is titled as “Every Note Played” in which we would be seeing Christoph Waltz playing the character of a successful concert pianist whose constant fight and battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) ends up with him paying a heavy price that literally costs him his career and independence which further in the movie we see ultimately prompts his ex-wife played by Angelina Jolie to step in and come forward to take care of him as his caregiver.

The film is going to be directed by “Grey Gardens” movie fame Michael Sucsy which will be made from a screenplay that is being written by Monet Clayton and David Mandell. The film is going to be presented by STXFilms Motion Picture Group.

In a statement to the leading international entertainment magazine, the STXFilms chairman Adam Fogelson said, “We’re thrilled to be bringing this exceptional filmmaking team together for this emotional, powerful, and ultimately uplifting story.”

Also the interesting fact here is that this is one of the latest author Genova’s novels that is being made into a film. Julianne Moore won the Best Actress Oscar for her performance as a linguistics professor diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease in 2014 drama “Still Alice”.

On the work front, Angelina was last seen in the 2019 film “Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil”.

Her next film “Come Away” got premiered at the prestigious Sundance International Film Festival in January 2020 this year. The “Alice in Wonderland” and “Peter Pan” crossover is likely to be releasing in theatres before the end of 2020.

Her upcoming film projects include Disney’s “The One and Only Ivan”, Marvel’s “The Eternals”, and thriller “Those Who Wish Me Dead”.
