Andrew Garfield Brought to Tears As Cobra Kai Cast Surprises Him With Sweet Tribute Video – Watch

After the special video tribute, Andrew Garfield said that it was one of the best moments of his life.

Andrew Garfield has been making the press rounds promoting his new Netflix movie Tick, Tick… BOOM. While in an interview, he admitted a month ago that he has been ‘obsessed’ with another Netflix series, the hit TV series Cobra Kai. The 38-year-old actor revealed in an interview earlier this month in New York that Cobra Kai, ‘became an obsession’ for him as he impatiently awaits Season 4.

However, after mentioning that he binge-watched the Karate Kid sequel series and became a big fan, Netflix arranged a series of special messages from the cast members to thank Garfield for his support. Garfield, who stars in the streaming service’s new musical Tick, Tick… Boom!, was excitedly shocked after getting a sweet tribute from the actors. Garfield was told that they got a hold of some people who wanted to send him a little note. When the cast of Cobra Kai thanked the actor for being a fan, Garfield reflected it was “one of the best moments of my life.”

Spider-man star laughingly stated in the video, “Come on! Oh my God. No, I can’t handle it!” Garfield added, “You didn’t prepare me. I was like, ‘What are we doing?’ and then you do that, and you have William Zabka and Ralph Macchio and I’m like, ‘Oh no, they know I exist!'” “It’s Christmas. It feels like Christmas in my body. My body feels like Christmas! Forget season 4 that’s gonna keep me going for years,” continued Garfield.

Meanwhile, thanking the cast he said, “I’m very, very moved and touched by that. Gosh. Life can be okay sometimes. Life can be really nice. That was one of the best moments of my life! I wish it wasn’t true, but it is.” Among the cast members in the surprise video were Macchio, 60, and Zabka, 56, plus Mary Mouser, Jacob Bertrand, and Peyton List respectively.

However, writers and executive producers Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg revealed earlier this month, “Prepare yourselves, because season 4 is our biggest one yet,” “With new alliances, new students, new conflicts, and the return of a legendary franchise character, it’s anyone’s game. Strap in for a wild ride on the way to the 51st Annual All Valley Tournament!” Tick, Tick… Boom! is now streaming on Netflix. Cobra Kai season 4 premieres on the streaming service on December 31.
