Hollywood actress Amber Heard has disclosed that she is enjoying the “six best months” of her life with her daughter. However, Aquaman star is currently embroiled in a bitter legal battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp but is making the most of her time with her baby girl.
Amber took Instagram to share an adorable picture of herself holding daughter Oonagh up as she smiled up at her. Hercules actress radiated happiness as she gazed at her baby, who was dressed in blue and white striped dungarees. She captioned the photo, “The six best months of my life, the first six months of hers.”
However, a day before, Amber decided to chill out by donning a face mask, captioning “Morning glow.” It comes after Amber amused fans as she announced in July that she had welcomed a baby daughter through a surrogate. Taking to Instagram, she shared a photo of herself cuddling her baby on her chest, she confirmed she had named her daughter Oonagh Paige Heard, and said the little one was born on April 8 this year.
“Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms. I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib. A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business. I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this,” she wrote in the caption.
She continues, “My daughter was born on April 8, 2021. Her name is Oonagh Paige Heard. She’s the beginning of the rest of my life.” The name Oonagh is Scottish and means pure and holy. Meanwhile, amber heard daughter middle name is Amber’s late mother Paige, who died last year. Her baby girl was born five years after she split from Johnny Depp, who she was married to in 2015. The couple split in 2016. Following her bitter split from her husband, Depp, she is now in a relationship with moviemaker Bianca Butti.
