April 22 marks World earth Day and Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez are among the many celebrities who took to social media in recognition of Earth Day.

For Earth Day 2022, Selena Gomez posted a short video of herself, embellished in a colourful floral ensemble, trying to convince her social media followers to try and make a difference in terms of Planet Earth. The former Disney star began the clip by saying, “Happy Earth Day. I have been thinking about how much healing our planet needs after reading this incredible book called Monarca by Leopoldo Gout.”
The actress and singer then added that “we all need to try and do more, even small efforts in our everyday lives can make an impact on the betterment of the planet. I know it’s something I’m going to try to do, and maybe we call all try to do a little more.” She concluded the post by saying, ‘I love you guys.’
Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner is also among the ones who gave a nod to Mother Earth by posting a video of herself wearing a white t-shirt with a sun that has a face on the front of it. Around the sun there are a number of quotes, including, ‘Save the rain forest’; ‘Stop acid rain’ and ‘Don’t pollute’. Along with the short clip, Jenner also shared sun, Earth and rainbow emojis.

Hailey Bieber
Meanwhile, Hailey Bieber also took to her Instagram to pay tribute to Planet Earth with eight photos that include herself and her husband, Justin Bieber. “Thank you beautiful planet,” the model wrote in the caption that begins with a video of beautiful blue ocean water, seemingly taken in an undisclosed tropical region.
There are also random shots of the forest, her pop star husband standing in awe of some massive tall trees, and a docked kayak with lovely water and blue skies in the backdrop, And finally, there’s an image of the couple holding hand while taking a stroll in the desert with white clouds amid the blue skies.
