Adele Shares Behind The Scenes Glimpse From Her One Night Only Special

Adele takes the fans behind the curtains of her One Night Only CBS special via Instagram.

Adele, 33, gave candid insights of the behind-the-scenes activity at her One Night Only CBS special on Instagram on Tuesday, including her jaw-dropping dress and the drinks for the evening.

The Easy On Me songstress looked simply spectacular in a gold Oscar De La Renta dress, having earlier stunned in a custom-made design by Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry, as she sipped cocktails and cozied up to her celebrity friends including Nicole Richie following the TV special, which aired on Sunday.

The professional sipped on offer included four cocktails, including a renamed Aperol Spritz, called an Aperologetically Adele Spritz, a ‘Stumblin In The Dark For A Hand’ n Stormy, an I Drink Wine Spritzer and My Little Love Tail all of which were named in nods to tracks on her upcoming album 30.

Meanwhile, Nicole looked joyful to be spending time with her friend as she cozied up to cocktail-sipping Adele and another friend who was holding a cushion adorned with the name of Adele’s new album. Adele uploaded a series of snaps while captioning, “Cocktails and crying all round.” Adele also got some superstar support in the form of Sharon Stone, who commented, “Brava YOU” adding clapping emojis.

However, the personalized cocktail menu had the logo of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. According to Daily Mail, Wolfgang has earlier discussed his interactions with Adele after catering the 2016 Oscars and saying she ‘always requests’ his famous pot pie. Although, her new pictures come after she was an epic hit for CBS on Sunday night with the concert special. According to the outlet, an average of 9.9 million viewers tuned in to watch Adele perform, and be interviewed by Oprah Winfrey.

Moreover, the special garnered higher than this year’s Academy Awards that wa9.85 million, becoming the highest viewership for a CBS entertainment show since an April episode of NCIS. Adele’s One Night Only interview with Winfrey, 67, was made by James Corden and Ben Winston’s company Fulwell 73, which was also responsible for the Friends reunion special. The critical reaction to the show was positive to mixed with some reviews complaining about the lackluster interview with Winfrey while praising the performance side of it.
