Actor John Cusack Attacked By Chicago Police For Documenting The Protests

The protest against the death of American African citizen George Floyd in the USA has been turning worse day by day. Actor John Cusack has been regularly posting the videos from Chicago protests and in the latest video, he’s seen attacked by the Chicago Police for recording the burning car. Sharing the video on twitter, John wrote, “Cops didn’t like me filming the burning car so they came at me with batons. Hitting my bike.” However, we don’t actually see cops attacking his bike but the audio indicates that he is being told to move along in an angry manner. It follows with a sound of metal being slammed. Previously he was also pepper-sprayed by the police, he even shared that, “This may well be the beginning of end of Trump loathsome era. Thank god, feels like many streams of outrage coming to a head, a wave peaking.” Well, that’s one bold statement from John but we hope everything goes well in the coming days, and the government comes out with some plans to stop such incidents happening in the future.
