Hailee Steinfeld, the star of ‘Hawkeye,’ is engaged to her boyfriend, football quarterback Joshua Allen. Allen, who plays for the Buffalo Bills in the National Football League (NFL), announced the news on Instagram in a collaborative post with Hailee. The post featured the couple standing under a floral arch surrounded by flowers and candle decorations as Allen went down on one knee to propose the actress.

The caption of the instagram post read the date of the proposal: “11.22.24.” In just no time, the comments section was filled with lovely wishes from fans, friends and family. Netizens congratulated the couple, who are now ready to seek out a committed journey hereafter.
Hailee Steinfeld, 27, and Allen, 28, were first spotted together in October 2023 at an event. Later, the actress was seen spending some gala time with Allen’s mother in New York, which added fuel to their dating rumors. Months after their public appearances, Josh himself confirmed their relationship publicly in July 2024 via instagram.
According to the report from People, a source close to the couple revealed that the families of both Josh as well as Hailee hold immense excitement as the couple have been head over heels right from the start. On the workfront, Steinfeld’s latest work includes ‘The Marvels’, a superhero movie in which she had a cameo as Kate Bishop. She will next star alongside Michael B Jordan in a currently untitled supernatural thriller from filmmaker Ryan Coogler.
