Gwyneth Paltrow Showed Off Her Toned Body
Its been a great beach day for Gwyneth Paltrow! Over the weekend, the 47-year-old actress got captured at the beach in the Hamptons wearing blue-and-white two-piece.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s open-minded attitude to anti-aging, fitness, diet and natural healing, became the subject of her six-episode Netflix show, The Goop Lab.
In fact, just a few days back she flaunted her toned body on Instagram with daughter Apple Martin. Well, the mother-daughter duo looked more like twin sisters!
The Goop boss spent a lot of quarantine time with daughter Apple, 16, and son Moses, 14, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin.
Earlier this month, for her latest Goop skin launch Paltrow, collaborated with Apple and mom – Blythe Danner, for a special multi-generational get together.
According to a promotional video released to People magazine, Apple asked her mother and grandmother, “At what age did you feel the prettiest?”
The Iron Man star said she felt especially good in her late 30s after some thought and does agree that aging can be “hard.”
“It’s definitely a process and I think when you see your face start to change you don’t necessarily feel your best self externally,” she added.
“But the irony is it’s that time in your life when you actually really like yourself and love yourself. So you sort of internally feel really beautiful,” she concluded.
In July, Paltrow, who’s often private about the lives of her children, shared a photo with Apple as they relaxed together in the sun.
She also shared images of her daughter on Instagram in May with a lengthy note celebrating her 16th birthday.
