Back in 2018, the actor himself revealed that he’s been diagnosed with a rare disease. However, the actor never spoke about his health publicly, but many news organizations claimed that the actor was diagnosed with brain cancer, but it was not true.
Recently, his manager Sunny Shah who has been with Irrfan for more than 20 years, exclusively, spoke with us and said, “Before shooting for his debut web series Ministry, the actor started feeling pain in his stomach and that’s when he decided to go for a quick check-up, while everyone thought it was a normal pain but during the examination, it was found out that something was wrong and within a week he left for London for his further treatment”

He further stated that it was never a brain cancer but a rare disease called ‘Neuroendocrine Tumour’. Reportedly, the actor is currently in London for further treatment but his manager, Sunny has confirmed that the actor will soon be making a public appearance.
