In a shocking twist, Youtuber Sohail Pasha – a 24 year old man has been arrested of issuing a death threat to bollywood star Salman Khan. After deep investigation, Mumbai police finally nabbed the youtuber from Karnataka who passed a threat to the star, and demanded 5 crores rupees from him. Despite working for the actor himself, he sent a death threat to the actor on November 7 after the brewing case of Shahrukh Khan death threat made headlines.

Pasha issued a threatening message to the Mumbai Police control room, in the name of Salman Khan. The message read, “Whoever wrote ‘Mai Sikandar Hoon’ will be killed. Whoever supports Salman Khan will not be spared either. If Salman Khan wants to be safe..he must pay rs 5 crore. – Lawrence Bishnoi’.

Post this, the Worli police registered a case against an anonymous sender, however a week after the threatening message was sent, the police officials have finally caught him and taken him under custody on Tuesday, November 12. How Mumbai Police CAUGHT Sohail Pasha – The Accused

During the investigation of this case, the police discovered that the phone number from which the threat was sent was registered in the name of an individual named Venkatesh Narayan. The Mumbai Police team traveled to Karnataka in search of the suspect. Upon examining Venkatesh’s phone, they found that he possessed a basic phone without WhatsApp installed. However, further investigation revealed that an OTP had been received on his number to install WhatsApp.

Later, the police officials uncovered that Venkatesh had gone to the market one day, where an unknown person asked to use his mobile phone to make a call. Venkatesh handed over his phone, and the individual used it to install WhatsApp under Venkatesh’s number which was unknown to him until the investigation took place.

After a thorough investigation, the police arrested a man named Pasha. Pasha reportedly, chose this method to gain fame and make his song ‘Mai Sikandar Hoon’ famous. This publicity stunt however, has backfired him as the 24-year-old might have to face consequences following the arrest.
