Bradley Cooper Approached By Paul Thomas Anderson For An Untitled Coming Of Age Movie?

Bradley Cooper is all set to play the lead role in Paul Thomas Anderson's next film according to news from The Hollywood Reporter. The film is officially going to be a coming of age drama movie.

Amid the global coronavirus pandemic, American actor Bradley Cooper has officially booked his next film role with director Paul Thomas Anderson. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the 45-year-old actor will be starring in the film, which is still untitled.

About the upcoming gig of Bradley: Not much is known about the project as plot specifics are held under wraps, but it is described as a “coming-of-age drama set in the 1970s San Fernando Valley.”

Additional plot specifics suggest several storylines focusing on a child actor in the Valley attending high school. Sources through THR says production is expected to start this year, but because of the pandemic, this is also dependent on filming restrictions and regulations.

Bradley was seen shooting another new project with Rooney Mara, ahead of the pandemic shutting down productions. Even on the Nightmare Alley set the actor was seen wearing new facial hair. As Bradley played his Hollywood costume of the ’60s, his co-star Rooney Mara was clad in an all-red costume.
