Youtuber Rashid Siddiquee Slams Akshay’s Defamation Case As False

Best known for donning multiple roles and globally loved style and fitness icon Khiladi of B Town ace superstar Akshay Kumar and Youtuber Rashid's ongoing feud won't stop as now reacting on the actor's 500 crores damages demand, the Youtuber Rashid Siddiquee slams Akshay's defamation case as false.

The Khiladi of Bollywood ace global Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and Bihar based Youtuber Rashid Siddiquee’s feud and ongoing battle doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon as the actor had a few days back filed a defamation law suit case against the Youtuber with him straightaway demanding Rs. 500 crores as damages and compensation for trying to sabotage and malign his repertoire and image as an actor, post which now, the Youtuber Rashid Siddiquee slams Akshay’s defamation case as false.

It all started when Siddiquee made a video on late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case like thousands of other independent Youtubers and social media influencers who also covered the entire thing but in their own style where Rashid straightaway just told that it’s a planned murder conspiracy where there’s indeed a bollywood gang of many super powerful and influential people who are involved in it as the leading Indian news TV channels weren’t really providing any real and authentic information of the same. Post this Akshay filed a defamation case against Rashid with 500 crores as damages and now after this, finally even the Youtuber Rashid Siddiquee slams Akshay’s defamation case as false.

According to the latest leading Indian news wire agency’s report, the Youtuber has stated about not even a single thing being defamatory in his videos about Sushant’s death case. Also, in his official reply sent through his lawyer JP Jayswal on Friday, Rashid has clearly said that Akshay should start withdrawing his notice as soon as possible because if he fails to do so, then he (Rashid) would kick start and initiate the “proper legal proceedings” for the same.

Furthermore, the Youtuber has also alleged and stated that the allegations made by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar were indeed “false, vexatious and oppressive and is raised with an intent to harass him”. His answer on the same also explained about how Akshay’s demand of Rs 500 crores as damages are just illogical and senseless along with being totally absurd as well, which is being made with the sole purpose of trying to pressurize and blackmail him to keep quiet.

His official reply statement furthermore also said that it is every individual’s fundamental and integral right to freedom of speech and expression, where the content that has been uploaded by Rashid cannot be labelled as defamatory as it was “viewpoints with objectivity”.

Speaking of this case, the Mumbai police has already filed an official case against the Bihar based Youtuber Rashid Siddiquee with charges of alleged defamation, deliberate intentional insult through his social media posts about the Mumbai police, Maharashtra Government and minister Aditya Thackeray along with public mischief where on the 3rd November 2020, Rashid was granted a bail by a local court in that case.
