Why Did Sara Ali Khan Thought Of Faking A Cardiac Arrest?

The three films old actress Sara Ali Khan already have an exciting lineup of projects. Many big directors have shown interest to work with this budding actress, and Sara is also all teams on the big screen to try challenging roles. But has this busy life at work ever felt hectic towards Sara? The actress shares anecdotes about how she often wishes to leave some of the stories that come her way.

Sara was questioned about the number of scripts that have come her way to date during a conversation with comedy group East India Comedy. She answered hilariously and said, ” Well, five worthy of remembering, because I am doing five films.” She responded by telling how she wanted to escape a long script but wasn’t able to escape because of her mother.

“There was this one time. I am not going to say much…because he said so much! I went to the restroom with my phone, three hours in, and I told my mom, ‘Look, I know that we are all professional and we should be thankful for these opportunities… But can I pretend to have a cardiac arrest? Is that allowed?’ She said no, so I asked, ‘Should I faint? Should I throw up? What do I do?’ She told me that I have to go back with professionalism and continue till the end.”

Sara then had to go back and sit and listen to the long narrative, because she had been asked by her mother. The narration eventually spread over five hours. “Anyway, five and a half hours later, I went back home and I told my mother, ‘I really hate you right now. I don’t want to talk, I don’t want to hear and I don’t want to do anything. I just want to sleep,’” she quoted.

Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan starred in Love Aaj Kal alongside Kartik Aaryan is the theaters now running. The film stars in key roles as well as Randeep Hooda and debutant Arushi Sharma. The film received mixed reviews from the critics and the audience and struggled at the box office to make a mark.

On the work front, Sara will be next seen in Coolie No. 1 next alongside Varun Dhawan. She also has Atrangi Re with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
