Young actor Muskkaan Jaferi is garnering a lot of appreciation for her role in ‘The Fame Game’. She is seen playing the daughter of Madhuri Dixit’s character (Anamika Anand).

Who is Muskkaan Jaferi?

Muskkaan is the daughter of late actor and comedian Jagdeep. She is the step-sister of actor Jaaved Jaaferi.

Before ‘The Fame Game’, Muskkaan was seen in another Netflix series called ‘Mismatched’. Released in the year 2020, the show features Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf in leading roles. Muskkaan played the role of Celine Metthews in the series.

Madhuri Dixit didn’t know Muskkaan’s family background:

In an interview, Madhuri Dixit revealed that Muskkaan didn’t tell her that she was Jaaved Jaaferi’s sister. She said, “In today’s frenzy of social media, they even know what tea you drank in the morning, and I didn’t know who she was. I didn’t know she is Jaaved’s sister. I didn’t know all that when we were working.”

After months into the shoot, Madhuri discovered about Muskkaan’s family background. She told, “We were halfway through the series when I got to know and I was like, ‘Why didn’t you tell me’, and she just said, ‘I want to be known as me’. And that was amazing.”

‘The Fame Game’ started streaming on Netflix on 25th Feb. It also features Sanjay Kapoor and Manav Kaul.
