When Star Kids Talked About Their Struggle In Bollywood

Star kids like Kareena Kapoor and Ananya Panday feel that their life isn't easy and they also have a fair share of struggle in Bollywood.

A debate on Nepotism and struggle in the Bollywood industry is going on for quite some time now. Actors like Shahrukh Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Sushant Singh Rajput, Pankaj Tripathi, Manoj Bajpayee had their fair share of struggle when they first entered the showbiz and ruled the industry without any godfathers. However, some star kids have also said that they too have struggled to get films and it wasn’t any easy for them.

Struggle of Star Kids In Bollywood:

Kareena Kapoor, who belongs to the mighty Kapoor Khandaan had recently said in an interview, “It might sound weird but my struggle is there. There is a struggle but it probably is not as interesting as somebody who comes in a train with just Rs 10 in his pocket. Yeah, it’s not been that and I can’t be apologetic about it.”

Even Ananya Panday thinks that her life isn’t a bed of roses. She made headlines when she said on a chat show, “My dad has never been in a Dharma film, he never went on Koffee With Karan. So it’s not as easy as people say. Everyone has their own journey and their own struggle.”

She became a target of trolls and memes for the obvious reasons.

Sara Ali Khan, the daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan and granddaughter of Sharmila Tagore too has a struggle story. Director Rohit Shetty, with whom Sara worked in film Simmba had narrated Sara’s struggle. He told, “Sara told me sir please give me work. She literally folded her hands. Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan’s daughter, walked up to my office alone, stood in front of me and asked for work. I had tears in my eyes. I immediately agreed to cast her.”

Well, these were some of the struggle stories of our star kids.
