When Sridevi Was Asked If She Takes Injections To Stay Young

Sridevi, the gorgeous diva was once asked if she took injections to stay young. Here's what she replied!

Bollywood actress Sridevi was a powerhouse of talent and an epitome of beauty. She started her acting career at the age of 4 and entertained the Hindi film audience for five decades. Sridevi was ageing like a fine wine until she lost her life in a tragic accident on Feb 24, 2018.

Her beauty made people envious. Back in the early 90s, when Sridevi was at the peak of her career, there were rumours floating that Sridevi was taking injections to stay young. The actress was finally asked to address the rumours during an event for her 1993 film ‘Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja’.

The journalist asked Sridevi, “Do you take injections to stay young?”

The actress smiled in amusement.

The journalist added, “Sorry, I am not saying that.”

Sridevi then replied, “No, not at all.”

While the journalist moved on with her next question, Sridevi zoned out for a moment. Lost in her thoughts, she said, “I am sorry, I am still thinking about the Injection thing.”

Sridevi was then asked why she chose to become an actor. The ‘Chandni’ actress replied, “Because I love dancing. I also like the satisfaction I get from fame and money I get from films.”

Sridevi passed away at the age of 54. She is remembered for her films like Chandni, Chaalbaaz, Mr. India, Laadla, Judaai and English Vinglish.
