Even when the romantic scene was being shot between the two, Sridevi used to stay away from Sanjay Dutt. But still, the shooting of the film was going well.

But after the release of the film, Sridevi was upset with Sanjay Dutt and Mahesh Bhatt, because she felt she didn’t get much importance in the film. where Sanjay’s role was quite strong. After Gumrah, Sridevi never spoke to Dutt or Bhatt.

But why did Sridevi keep her distance from Sanjay Dutt on the sets of Gumrah?

It is said that when Sridevi was busy shooting for her film Himmatwala, Sanjay Dutt used to visit her on the sets. At that time, Sanjay was strongly addicted to drugs, and it was just Sridevi’s career beginning. When the actress found him anywhere, he used to go to her makeup room. Sridevi did not like his behaviour at all, and she used to shut the door on his face.

And as time passed, the distance between the two lessened. Meanwhile, in this era, when Sridevi signed a film called Zameen, she made it clear that she shouldn’t have any scenes opposite Sanjay. And it happened too.
