Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was arrested by Mumbai Police last night for allegedly producing and streaming porn films. After his arrest, people on Twitter are bashing Raj Kundra, while some have started a meme fest. Meanwhile, an old clip from The Kapil Sharma Show is going viral on the internet where Kapil Sharma quizzed Raj Kundra about his income.

Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty and Raj Kundra had once appeared as guests on the popular comedy show. Amid the conversation, Kapil casually asked Raj that he is always spotted at football matches or airports or with his wife for shopping, so does he earn money without working?

Raj and Shilpa laughed out loud at Kapil’s question. Watch the clip:

While sharing this clip, a user wrote on Twitter, “For the first time ever Kapil asked sensible question to the guest.”

Another user replied, “And we ignored it and laughed the same way we ignore pakistan.”

After Raj Kundra’s arrest, The Mumbai Police Commissioner said in a statement, “There was a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in Feb 2021 about creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps. We’ve arrested Mr Raj Kundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this. We have sufficient evidences regarding this. The investigation is in progress.”

Raj Kundra has been booked under the IPC sections of cheating, indulging in obscene act in public places and publicly exhibiting or circulating obscene books or literature and under the Information Technology Act. He has been accused of “forcing” actors to shoot nude scenes for porn films that were streamed on paid mobile apps.
