The nation is currently mourning the demise of the legendary Dilip Kumar. It has been a sad year for the family altogether. A few months ago, Dilip Kumar had lost his two younger brothers. In August, Dilip Kumar’s youngest brother Aslam Khan had passed away and a few days later, his brother Ehsaan Khan also left for heavenly abode. Aslam was 88 years old while Ehsan was 90. They both had contracted Covid-19 and were admitted to a hospital.
Dilip Kumar was himself not keeping well during that time and therefore, his wife Saira Banu had not told him about his brothers’ death. Saira Banu had told, “To tell you the truth, Dilip sahib has not been told that Aslam bhai and Ehsan bhai are no more. We keep every kind of disturbing news away from him.”
In this last one year, the three brothers left for heavenly abode and we wish strength and prayers for the grieving family.

Dilip Kumar passed away on 7 July this year. He was 98 years old and was battling age-related health issues for the last many years.
