Deepika Padukone is promoting her new movie,’ Chapaak’ ahead of this week’s release. The movie’s trailer has been generating quite a buzz among the cinephiles. A BTS clip of her recently shooting days on social media and we couldn’t help but notice the pleasant moments the actress shared with husband Ranveer Singh as he visited her on the movie sets.
The actress says “When its tough day or you’ve been away for really long, it’s always nice to have family around” which actually true and everyone can relate to this. With a peck on his cheek, Deepika is seen hugging Ranveer in the video. She is also seen seated beside and talking with him because of the filming they were long apart.
The video shows the difficulties faced by the cast and crew while filming in the national capital Delhi and how they finished the job due to all the odds. Vikrant Massey is also leading ‘ Chapaak ‘ as the male lead in front of Deepika. The movie is based on acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal’s real-life story.

On Sunday, Ranveer joined Deepika to Lucknow where her 34th birthday was celebrated. They cut the cake in a coffee shop run by survivors of an acid attack.
Again on Sunday night, they celebrated the birthday; Ranveer posted a special post on Instagram. He shared and captioned Deepika’s incredibly cute childhood pic, “Happy Birthday to my Lil ‘ Marshmallow @deepikapadukone.”
Chhapaak is focusing on the acid attack survivor Laxmi’s real-life story, she was attacked in 2005 at the age of 15. It also labels the production venture of Deepika.
