What John Abraham Said When Fan Asked Him For Selfie In Gym

During a recent media interaction, John Abraham revealed what happened when a fan requested him for a selfie in a gym.

Bollywood actor John Abraham is a fitness freak. There hasn’t been a time when we saw him out of shape. John has always maintained his physique and flaunted his six pack abs throughout his career. John never misses his workout and strictly follows his diet.

Recently, during a media interaction, John narrated an incident when a fan approached him for a selfie while he was working out in gym. John said, “While working out in gym, a man came to me and asked for a photo. I told him that I am working out but he kept insisting. So I asked him if he goes to Mandir, Masjid or Church. He said, ‘Yes’. I said to him that this is my Mandir, Masjid and Church. I told him that this is where I pray to God. My body is my temple and I worship that.

“This is very important for each one of you to understand. It’s not necessary to go to the gym. It’s important that you walk, swim or play a sport. It is very important for all of you to live an active lifestyle,” he added.

John further said, “I could be doing Dostana, Force or Pathaan. Whatever I am doing, I need to look fit 24*7, 365 days a year. That’s the baggage I have on me. But I enjoy that baggage. I enjoy being fit.”

On the work front, John Abraham will be next seen in YRF’s spy action film Pathaan alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. It will release in theatres on 25 Jan 2023.
