Recently, she shared a video of herself working out at home. She wrote on Instagram, “This time so referred to as Lockdown has been a time for Reconnection for me. Reconnecting with my true self, reconnecting with every part of my home, reconnecting with the gift of Life. Grateful for each day of my life. Using this time to better my self not just physically but mentally and spiritually too. Each day is a learning experience.”
The coronavirus pandemic has forced everyone to skip their daily gym routine. But it hasn’t stopped the fit actors of showbiz. Even Bipasha Basu has quite an impressive workout regime that one can do at home.
She had earlier said, “While the times are tough, staying positive even while working out from home is important. I have found my way of staying physically and mentally fit.” She had revealed that Yoga is helping her to stay fit during the lockdown.

On the work front, Bipasha Basu is currently making headlines for her crime drama web-series ‘Dangerous’ also starring her husband Karan Singh Grover. This is the second time the couple has shared the screen. They previously worked together in the 2015 horror film ‘Alone’. Bipasha and Karan met each other on the sets of this film and soon fell in love. After dating for a few months, they tied the nuptial knot in 2016.
