Rumours about Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan splitting up have been all over social media. The couple hasn’t said anything about it yet, leaving fans guessing about what actually is going between them. Meanwhile, actor Vivek Oberoi has shared his thoughts in a recent interview commenting on his past relationships, personal growth and handling tough times which has grabbed a lot of attention online.
In an interview with Dr. Jai Madaan on her YouTube channel, Vivek talked about life, overcoming toxic relationships and how he’s grown as a person. During a rapid-fire round, he was asked about Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan. Vivek kept it simple. About Salman he said, “God bless him”. For Aishwarya, he added, “God bless her”. But when it came to Abhishek, he had more to say calling him “a sweetheart” and “a really nice person”.
Although Vivek Oberoi and Aishwarya Rai’s relationship ended nearly 20 years ago his comments have brought the spotlight back on them, especially with the ongoing rumours about Aishwarya and Abhishek.
Also, when Aishwarya most recently attended the Global Women’s Forum in Dubai and something at the event grabbed people’s eyeballs. Her name was displayed as “Aishwarya Rai – International Star,” without her married last name, “Bachchan”. This led many to think the rumours about their split might be true. However, nothing has been officially confirmed.
In the same interview, Vivek also shared his thoughts on how to move on after a bad relationship. He compared holding on to pain to a child trying to eat a dirty lollipop. He said it’s better to let go and wait for something better. Vivek also said he’s no longer affected by negativity or online trolls and focuses on what really matters in life.
