Bollywood actress Tripti Dimri is constantly facing backlash on not showing up to an event in Jaipur, even after affirming and charging money for it. On Tuesday, Tripti Dimri was invited to an event by FICCI FLO Jaipur, named ‘Shakti’! However, the actress skipped the event and headed straight to the airport only to fly off Jaipur after she was done with her promotional events. As the actress received severe backlash and boycott remarks from the women present at the event, her team later came up with an official statement claiming that she never agreed to be present at the event. But, there’s a catch! Tripti’s lies are clearly poured out as video showing her commitment to the same is now going viral.

After the consecutive ifs and buts about the actor’s absence from the event, a video posted by the event organisers on their instagram account has surfaced online. The video shows Tripti adressing fans and acknowledging her arrival at the event. Quoting her words in the video, “I am happy to confirm that I’ll be a part of the Ficci Flo event, themed ‘Shakti’. See you tomorrow at 12noon”. Tripti Dimri also thanked Raghushree Poddar, the chairperson of the organising team.

This video completely rejects all the claims made by her team, who tried to show that she never committed to any such event. The statment by the team read, that Tripti Dimri has successfully completed her professional obligations during the ongoing promotions of her upcoming release Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

Netizens have shown mixed reactions on the ongoing matter. While a lot of people apart from Jaipur city showed disappointment, others laughed out on how Dimri’s team has upfrontly wronged the allegations made by the organisers, despite knowing they made a video. Tripti’s team also claimed that they have taken no money so far, while the organising comitttee claimed that they paid half the amount as an advance.
Prior to this Jaipur event controversy, Triptii Dimri was consistently trolled for her dance performance on the new song ‘Mere Mehboob’ from Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. The actor was trolled for her first-ever item dance performance as the audience did not like the choreography and outfits chosen by the makers of the song.
