The new episode of Koffee with Karan 7 welcomed Vicky Kaushal and Sidharth Malhotra. The duo made their presence in the Punjabi Munde edition episode of Karan Johar’s chat show. While talking about life and work Vicky Kaushal opened up about marrying Katrina Kaif. KJo wanted the couple to grace the couch together, however, the Sardar Udham actor shared it with Sid while Kaif will come with her Phone Bhoot cast.
In one of the previous seasons both had hinted to pair together in their respective episodes. Katrina had said she would look good with Vicky Kaushal and when the latter appeared on the show with Ayushmann Khurana he was overwhelmed by knowing Tiger Zinda Hai actor’s response. Interestingly, they got married last year in a close ceremony.
The host Karan questioned Vicky about how it feels to marry Katrina Kaif. The latter answered, “It actually does feel great. I really truly do feel settled. It’s a very beautiful feeling to kind of have that companion. And I just feel truly lucky to just find that in her – life partner. She is a wonderful soul and one of the wisest and the most compassionate person I have ever come across.”
He added, “I really learn from her a lot and she really grounds me. She is like a mirror to me. She would state out hard facts which I need to know and hear. And you always need that person with you. I truly feel fortunate to have her as my life partner.”
Karan went on to ask Vicky if had ever imagined that he would marry Katrina one day. The Uri actor further answered, “Whatever happened last season on this couch, it was my moment to know that she knows about me. We had never met before that.”
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal took the wedding vows last year in Rajasthan. The couple tied the knot on December 9 2021 in an intimate ceremony attended by close ones. The pair decided to marry after years of a secret relationship.
