Varun Natasha wedding rumours and speculative stories of them both tying the knot on 24th Jan in Alibaug has been doing the rounds on internet from past few days now that too strongly. Reports also mentioned that the couple is expected to tie the knot in between 22nd to 24th Jan 2021 wherein the wedding soiree and celebrations will be attended only by 200 guests. Most exciting scoop of the day is that Varun’s family invited at Natasha’s house for Chunni rasm on 21st Jan.

According to the reports in a leading digital entertainment portal, Natasha’s family would be having the Chunni ceremony also known as the Chunni chadana rasm wherein Varun’s family will be going to Natasha’s place for it.
The source of the publication that gave out these details also added these tit bits about Chunni ceremony and said, “The members of the groom’s family will visit the bride’s household with jewellery, gifts, sweets and a red-colored outfit like a saree or lehenga-choli, along with a red chunri. The red chunri is placed over the head of the bride by her to-be mother-in-law. This ceremony is called chunni chadana which will happen in Mumbai within the families”.
It also mentioned the fact about how this Chunni ceremony is close to an official engagement ceremony and also renowned filmmaker Karan Johar is conceptualizing and choreographing Varun and Natasha’s Sangeet ceremony.
This couple who has been dating each other for more than a decade now have been childhood sweethearts. Whilst there have been reports of their wedding happening in 2020, which got pushed ahead and delayed due to the COVID 19 pandemic outbreak last year.
Earlier, Varun when appeared as a celebrity guest on Kareena Kapoor’s chat show, What Women Want 3, spilling the beans about his wedding, said, “Everyone is talking about this (his marriage) for the last two years. There is nothing concrete right now. There is so much uncertainty in the world right now, but if things settle down, then maybe this year. I mean… I am planning for it definitely soon. But let there be more certainty”.
