Uunchai Box Office Collection: Sooraj Barjatya’s directorial Uunchai starring Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, and Anupam Kher was released in the theatres on 11th November. Uunchai was released alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s film Yashoda. As per the latest reports, it is now believed that the family drama has now opened up to a decent start at the box office on its opening day. Sooraj Barjatya’s directorial Uunchai is an adventure drama film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, and Anupam Kher in the lead roles. Apart from them the film also stars Parineeti Chopra, Danny Denzongpa, Sarika, and Neena Gupta in titular roles.
The adventure drama is based on the story of three friends who decides to do trekking during their late 50s-60s to fulfill the last wish of their late friend. The three then go through many ups and down during their adventurous journey. Parineeti on the other hand will be seen essaying the role of their tour guide.
Following good reviews and reactions, it is now believed that the film has now opened up to a decent start at the box office. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Uunchai earned around Rs 1.65 to Rs. 2.05 crore in India on its opening day. The film is expected to earn more during the weekend.

Uunchai is a unique story of three old friends on a trek to the mountains. Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, and Anupam Kher’s elderly aged trip to the Himalayas is headed by a tour guide Parineeti Chopra. Uunchai will also star Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta, Sarika, and Nafisa Ali Sodhi.
