Top 5 Worst Bollywood Movies Of 2020

The year 2020 wasn’t full of many releases due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, many movies didn’t stand out and honestly were not so good.

The year 2020 was a distasteful year and many things didn’t go as planned for many of the people. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the theatres across the country remained shut. Owing to this, there weren’t many theatrical releases in the year 2020.

However, many filmmakers decided to take an OTT route to release their films. Many of these films were exceptional and mesmerised the audiences. On the other hand, a few other films were not so good and proved to be a disappointment.

Here’s are the top 5 not so good Bollywood movies of 2020:

Street Dancer 3D

The Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor starrer dance-drama Street Dancer 3D released earlier this year. The film happens to be a part of the ABCD franchise. However, it failed to impress the audience as the previous two films did. Many people didn’t like the fact that despite being a dance-related film many of its songs were a remake. The narrative of the story also wasn’t appreciated much by the masses or critics. Indeed, Street Dancer 3D didn’t do well at the Box Office.

Sadak 2

The Mahesh Bhatt directorial venture, Sadak 2 received a lot of flak from the netizens. The trailer of the film garnered around 12 million dislikes on YouTube. The film starring Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur is a sequel to the 1991 movie Sadak featuring Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt. The plot of the film also wasn’t good enough to save it from more disgrace. Sadak 2 surely happens to be a disaster of 2020.

Laxmii

The much-awaited film of 2020 Laxmii starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani released in November. The horror-comedy venture hyped the excitement with its trailer. However, the film proved to be a disappointment. While many praised Sharad Kelkar and Akshay’s acting, the film didn’t have a strong base to hold their brilliant performances. Thus, Laxmii enters into the list of not-so-good films of 2020.

Khaali Peeli

The Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter movie Khaali Peeli was another film of 2020 that one would rather skip. With a weak plot and not-so-good acting by the two leads, the film fell face first in the pit of embarrassment. Well, certain aspects of the film were catchy but alas, they didn’t last long.

Mrs. Serial Killer

The Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Mrs. Serial Killer released on streaming-giant Netflix. The masses were expecting some thrill out of the crime-thriller venture. However, the film fell flat on that spectrum and also because of Jacqueline’s not so good acting. Thus, Mrs. Serial Killer happens to be one of those films that one might skip.
