2022 has been a lucky year for Tabu. While majority of big-budget Bollywood films collapsed at the box office, Tabu shined in both of her films and they became biggest grossers of this year. Tabu played pivotal roles in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Drishyam 2, both of which were major blockbusters of 2022. And now, Tabu is gearing up for the release of another film.
Tabu recently attended the trailer launch of film “Kuttey”. It also features Arjun Kapoor, Nareeruddin Shah, Radhika Madan and Kumud Mishra. During the trailer launch, Tabu received huge appreciation and she was called the ‘box-office queen’.
The actress reacted, “Those films belong to Bhushan (Kumar) Ji. I have just acted in those films.”
Tabu then blushed and said, “What can I say? (laughs) Of course, I am very happy. Thank you everyone for the love you gave me for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Drishyam 2. I really hope Kuttey also gets a lot of love from everybody. I am just happy that I have been a part of two successful films this year and it’s everybody’s success.”
