In a recent interaction, Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen opened up on a few things about her life at the latter’s show. During their interaction, Twinkle Khanna said, “I remember you were very open about plastic surgery, I thought it was remarkable. Nobody was talking about it. And you were very open about relationships, this was when a lot of famous men were claiming to be virgins and you were out there. Where did this candidness come from?”
To this Sushmita Said, “If you lose yourself, you won nothing that’s been my standard belief in life.” “I was just a person who wanted to be honest and speak my mind. And, learn how to speak it gracefully. You can say things very crassly but unfortunately when you do that when your point is lost. Be it plastic surgery, men in my life, relationships, married men, whatever you think is a bad thing, it exists. Just get over it.”
The actress was also seen talking about her relationship and marriage plans, she said, “Luckily I met some very interesting men in my life, the only reason I never got married is because they were a letdown. It had nothing to do with my kids. My kids were never in the equation. If at all, they have been very gracious. Both my kids have accepted people in my life with open arms, never made a face. They have given everybody equal measure of love and respect. It’s the most beautiful thing to watch.”
She added, “I came close to getting married thrice, all three times God saved me. I can’t tell you what disasters followed with their respective lives. God protected me, also because God is protecting these two kids, he can’t let me get into a messy affair.”
For the unversed, Sushmita Sen recently broke up with her boyfriend Rohman Shawl. The actress is a mother of two adopted daughters Renee and Alisah and made her acting come back with the web series Aarya.
