Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic death again became a topic of discussion after an employee of Cooper Hospital claimed that the reason behind Sushant’s death wasn’t suicide but “murder”. Reacting to the same Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka has now finally broken her silence on the matter.
In a conversation with Republic TV Sushant’s sister reacted to the murder claims and said, “It pains me to see that it’s been 2.5 years, and the CBI is still investigating the case; we haven’t received any closure regarding the case and it’s very hurtful. But to be honest, when I saw his room where this incident happened, I screamed and said that this isn’t a suicide and it cannot happen,”
Priyanka further mentioned that she is a criminal lawyer and from the beginning she knew that her brother Sushant died by murder and not by suicide, she added, “I am a criminal lawyer and I have seen and studied suicide cases during unhappy marriages. So when I saw the crime scene, I knew it wasn’t possible for him to commit suicide in that room.” Reiterating that the family needs closure now, she said, “We are waiting for the closure of the case, we know some big people are behind this conspiracy and we hope the CBI will come out with the truth soon.”
For the unversed, a different angle came up in the case of SSR’s death after an employee of Cooper Hospital claimed that the reason behind Sushant’s death wasn’t suicide but “murder”. In an interview with TV9 Marathi, mortuary worker Roopkumar Shah, who was present when Sushant’s body was brought in for post-mortem, stated that there were ‘beating marks’ and ‘injury marks’ on the body. Apart from Priyanka, Sushant’s sister Shweta also urged CBI to investigate the case further.
