Sushant Singh Rajput’s case has taken yet another turn. New bank account audit shows a transaction of 55 Lakh between the late actor and his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
The AIIMS panel’s report declaring Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic death a case of suicide matches the conclusion that the Central Bureau of Investigation.
They CBI reached this decision after they reconstructed the crime scene.
Now, the audit of Sushant’s bank account shows Rs 55 lakh transaction between the late actor and Rhea Chakraborty.
According to a report in a news portal, Rhea Chakraborty continues to be under the radar for abetment to suicide. However, the CBI is yet to find any motive for abetment.
An audit of Sushant’s bank account was recently conducted and it did not suggest that Rhea siphoned off funds or that this led to the actor’s suicide.
The report further added that there have been over Rs 70 crore worth of transactions through Sushant Singh Rajput’s accounts in the past five years. Out of those only about Rs 55 lakh have been found to have been associated with the actress. Most of these were reportedly expenses on travel, spas, and gifts.
The report also added that there are many angles to the suicide. Ideally there can be no conclusions as of now. The CBI’s investigation is still on.
It was the father of the actor, K K Singh who accused Rhea Chakraborty. He accused her of abetment to suicide and siphoning of Rs 15 crores from his son’s account . He mentioned all this in his FIR against the actress in Patna police station.

Rhea Chakraborty who has been in custody since quite sometime now has appealed to the Bombay High Court.
The Bombay high court, on Wednesday, granted bail to actress. The actress was taken into custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case that emerged from investigations into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14. The actress’ bail plea was accepted with a Rs 1 lakh bond.
Another court had yesterday extended their judicial custody till October 20.
In her bail petition, Rhea Chakraborty alleges that Sushant Singh Rajput “took advantage of those closest to him to sustain his drug habit” and that she and her brother are sole targets of a witch-hunt.
“We are delighted by the order. Truth and Justice have prevailed and ultimately the submissions on facts and law have been accepted by Justice Sarang V Kotwal,” said Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde.
