The demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has sparked outsider vs insider debate in Bollywood, throwing light on the dark side existing in the industry. Well, the suicide of Sushant has shown that the industry is run by nepotism gangs and groups, and now fans assume that it was due to nepotism that the actor died of suicide because he never got the acknowledgment he deserved.

Also, shortly after his demise, politician Sanjay Nirupam took to his Twitter account to reveal that the industry had let a talented artist down as in the post, he said after Chhichhore ‘s success that Sushant had signed seven films that he lost in just six months.

Supporters have now come to believe that it was the deeply entrenched nepotism gang that forced the actor to claim his life, and hence, following protests in Patna and the candlelight march, a case was filed against 8 people including Bollywood main players such as Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Ekta Kapoor in connection with actor demise at a court in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur under IPC Sections 306, 109, 504 & 506.

Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha said, “In the complaint, I have alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not released. Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step,” reports ANI.  

Following the shocking demise of Sushant, several celebrities namely Kangana Ranaut, Abhinav Kashyap, Prakash Raj and several others have opened up on the pattern of nepotism in the film industry. While urging the government to launch a thorough investigation into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the director of ‘Dabangg’ Abhinav Kashyap has blamed Salman Khan and his family of sabotaging his film ventures.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput hanged up himself in his Bandra apartment. According to the news, for the last several months, Sushant had been suffering from depression, due to which he hanged himself and died. A post-mortem report of his body arrived at the same time and states asphyxia as the cause of death due to hanging.

The Kedarnath actor was rumored to be dating actor Rhea Chakraborty, and the latest reports also say the pair were quarantined together in Sushant’s Bandra apartment. If reports are to be believed, Sushant had sent Rhea to her home a couple of days back before taking the drastic step.

The 34-year-old actor started his television career, and numerous in several Hindi shows. He made his debut on Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and became known for his role in the successful serial Pavitra Rishta, on which he appeared from 2009 to 2011. Sushant Singh had become a household name to play Manav ‘s role.

In 2014, Sushant made his debut with Kai Po Che and later appeared in movies like PK, Kedarnath, Shudh Desi Romance, and MS Dhoni: The Untold Stroy. He was last seen in the Drive on Netflix.
