Sushant Singh Rajput Case Update: Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise in June 2020 left a shockwave all over the entertainment industry. After the death of SSR, many celebs were investigated in drug cases. The reason behind Sushant’s death is still unknown, but still, the investigation of Sushant Singh’s Drug case is continuing. It seems like the real culprit will never be caught. Not only fans but people all over the nation were saddened by the sudden demise of SSR.
Many faces came into the radar of speculation. Several celebrities as well as people connected to the case were questioned by the investigative officers. It has been years since SSR’s close flatmate Siddharth Pithani was arrested in Hyderabad. After going behind bars, Siddharth applied for bail several times but unfortunately wasn’t able to get released from jail.
According to Pithani’s lawyer Taraq Sayyed, his bail plea is pending since January. The lawyer also said that the hearing in the court is yet to be held. Giving a statement about the same Taraq Sayyed said, “We have applied for bail in January but the hearing is yet to come up in court.”
For the unversed, the narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has stated that the flatmate of Sushant Singh Rajput was arrested on the basis of proof. The action against Siddharth Pithani was taken after getting the details from his phone as well as Whatsapp chats which showed that he had connections with many drug suppliers.
Pithani has applied for bail several times even after getting rejected. He was given special permission for his marriage which took place last year. He had to surrender himself the day after his marriage.
